Ready Coach Go! is software for coaches and families in youth sports leagues: a view of the league's practice and game schedule, standings, a calendar you can put in your own Google Calendar, and the other modules listed on this site. It is built by an independent developer. It is not the league, is not run by any league, and does not speak for one.
Everything here is read from what leagues publish. Games get moved and cancelled, fields change, and the league's own page is the one that counts. Ready Coach Go! follows it as closely as it can and updates your calendar when it changes, but always check the league's own schedule before you leave the house. We are not responsible for a game you missed because the league changed it and we had not caught up yet.
An account is for one adult - a parent or guardian, a coach, or a league admin - and sign-up asks you to confirm you are 18 or older. Players do not get accounts. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what is done with your account. An admin of a league is responsible for the team claims they approve.
Some modules cost money, per team, per month, at the price shown when you buy. Payment is taken by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Refunds for a period already started are at our discretion, and we lean towards yes when something did not work.
We try hard to keep this accurate and running. We do not promise it will be either at any given moment. To the extent the law allows, Ready Coach Go! is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend an account that is used to harm the service or other people, and we will say why.
If these terms change in a way that matters, you will be told before it takes effect, by email if you gave us one or on this page if you did not.
